Creation of a Custom Logo
Please either save this file as a “.doc” and email it with your answers or copy and paste the info into an email with the answers numbered to correspond to the question.

2. Tag line if any
3. Contact info Name, Address, and Phone number
4. Describe your business- What do you do? What makes you stand out against your competition?
5. What do you want your logo to say about your company?
6. Did you want an illustrated cartoon of yourself as part of your logo?
7. If yes to above. What do you want for the outfit? Pose? And colors of the outfit?
8. If you would like a non cartoon logo please describe what you are looking for?
9. What colors do you prefer to be used?
10. If you would like a cartoon design please email 3 recent photos as an attachment to your email. *Note: When I create the image I choose only one image that I know will work the best. The other two photos I do not use in any way. I use that photo as a template that I draw on top of. So what the person looks like in the photo I choose is exactly what they will look like in the final cartoon. Please try to then choose photos that you like everything from their hair to the expression on their face even the way they are smiling. Make sure that you like all photos equally because I will choose the one that works the best. Photos must reflect the current hairstyle. Do not send photos with hats or sunglasses.
The Process
Proof - Your logo proof will be emailed to you 7 business days after the above info, payment and pictures if applicable are received. You will receive an email with the date you can expect to receive the proof.
Changes – Once you receive your proof please review it for any changes. A total of 5 sets of changes are allowed. Be as specific as possible and send all changes via email. Please note your design will be created based on the information you send. If you want to start the design process over from scratch there will be an additional $125 charge.
Approval – Once proof is approved you will receive the files in the format of your choice. Ai, jpeg,pdf, or giff.
Matching Supplies – If you ordered matching supplies such as business cards with your order please see that product’s description page for the shipping timeframes.
